Ben Oltman is a General Manager and Senior Director at Worldpay/Global Payments, where he leads the strategic partnership with Citizens Bank and has executive responsibility for the relationship’s overall strategy, growth, and P&L. With more than 22 years of experience in banking, payments, and financial services, Ben has held senior leadership roles across sales, digital banking, partnerships, and business transformation. Prior to joining Worldpay, he spent nearly two decades at Citizens Bank, leading national sales organizations and digital lending initiatives.

Ben is passionate about payments innovation, fintech partnerships, and helping financial institutions create better experiences for businesses and their customers. He lives in the Philadelphia area and is the proud father of two adult children.
